1. 服务概述与交付模式
TMH 专注于为企业、团队及开发者提供高性能自动化矩阵协同基础设施，主要涵盖：
- 多端矩阵调度引擎：提供 Telegram 多账号分布式调度、消息排队分发及防雪崩流量削峰机制。
- 智能客服与统一收件箱：聚合多节点对话流，提供多坐席即时响应、关键词自动应答及会话分流。
- 独占节点与网络隔离：基于德国核心独服机房及 Cloudflare Zero Trust 架构，为不同客户分配独占静态隧道与路由出口。
- 去中心化支付与订阅管理：支持通过 USDT (TRC-20) 进行即时自动化开通与时长续费。
2. 账户创建、安全与第三方凭证
您可以通过邮箱、Google 账号或 Telegram 账号创建 TMH 账户：
- 您有责任妥善保管您的登录会话令牌（JWT Token）、Client Token 及 API 密钥。任何因您主动泄露或保管不当导致的损失，由您自行承担。
- 通过 Google OAuth 登录时，系统仅同步您在 Google 经过验证的基本公开资料（邮箱与昵称），我们承诺绝不越权请求任何不必要的 Google 敏感权限。
- 若发现账户存在异常登录或安全隐患，应立即联络官方支持团队进行冻结或重置。
3. 用户合规承诺与合理使用政策 (AUP)
核心红线：严禁非法用途
TMH 平台仅提供中立的技术网络基础设施与消息分发中间件。任何用户均不得利用本平台从事电信网络诈骗、洗钱、传播恶意软件、侵犯知识产权或未经许可的垃圾骚扰营销。对于触犯红线的行为，本平台保留立即终止服务并封禁账户的权利。
用户使用本服务时必须承诺遵守以下准则：
- 遵守官方协议：用户需自觉遵守 Telegram 官方《服务条款》以及所在国家或地区的互联网电信法律法规。
- 禁止逆向工程与破坏性测试：严禁对 TMH 的 API 网关、独服控制集群执行任何形式的暴力破解、反编译、越权渗透或未经许可的大流量 DDoS 压测。
- 滥用治理：若用户的矩阵节点触发大量反垃圾风控或严重干扰机房同宿主网络质量，系统将自动触发熔断降级。
4. 资费、结算与退款政策
- 计费标准：所有产品套餐的价格、资源配额及有效期以控制台页面公示为准。
- 结算方式：系统通过 EPUSDT 去中心化网关自动核验链上 USDT 转账 Hash。一旦区块链确认数达标，权益即刻全自动入账。
- 数字化商品退款：鉴于云计算基础设施资源具有即时消耗性与独占带宽成本，套餐一经激活生效，除因不可抗力导致平台连续中断超过 72 小时外，原则上不支持逆向退款。
5. 知识产权与商标
TMH、TGMatrix、平台自主研发的调度算法代码、UI 交互界面设计、纸飞机品牌徽标及其衍生技术资产，均属 TMH 核心团队所有，受国际知识产权公约及相关著作权法保护。未经书面授权，任何组织或个人不得克隆或商用挪用。
6. 免责声明与责任限制
- 本服务按“现状”（AS-IS）及“可提供性”（AS-AVAILABLE）原则交付。我们尽商业最大努力保证 99.9% 链路可用性，但不对因 Telegram 官方服务端全局宕机、国际海缆光纤中断或不可抗力导致的短期通信受阻承担连带赔偿责任。
- 在法律允许的最大范围内，TMH 对任何间接的、附带的或惩罚性的利润损失不承担责任。
7. 协议终止、修订与联系渠道

Welcome to TMH (Telegram Matrix Hub) and TGMatrix Enterprise Automation Infrastructure (collectively referred to as \"the Service\" or \"the Platform\"). 1. Scope of Services & Delivery Model
TMH provides enterprise-grade, high-concurrency automation and matrix orchestration infrastructure, including:
- Matrix Dispatch Engine: Distributed Telegram account clustering, rate-limited queueing, and avalanche-resistant message routing.
- Unified Customer Inbox: Centralized multichannel stream aggregator with team seating, regex auto-responders, and flow routing.
- Isolated Dedicated Infrastructure: European bare-metal clusters protected behind Cloudflare Zero Trust tunnels with segregated egress tunnels.
- Automated Blockchain Billing: Decentralized on-chain USDT (TRC-20) payment processing for instant provisioning.
2. Account Management and Credential Safety
Users may create an account via verified email, Google Identity Services, or Telegram OAuth:
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JWT session tokens, client access tokens, and administrative credentials.
- When utilizing Google OAuth, only foundational profile identifiers (email, name, avatar) are ingested strictly for authentication and account provisioning.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

TMH operates strictly as a neutral technology infrastructure provider. Under no circumstances may our systems be utilized for financial fraud, phishing, distribution of malware, illicit content, or non-consensual spam campaigns. Accounts found in violation will be permanently terminated without refund.
You agree and covenant to:
- Abide by Telegram Terms: Strictly comply with Telegram's official Terms of Service and applicable jurisdictional telecommunication regulations.
- No Malicious Exploitation: Prohibit reverse engineering, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized load testing, or DDoS attempts against TMH networks.
- Fair Resource Consumption: Respect cluster limits to prevent network degradation across multi-tenant nodes.
4. Pricing, Billing and Refund Policy
- Pricing: All infrastructure tier rates, bandwidth quotas, and durations are explicitly stated within the user dashboard.
- Settlement: Instant activation is governed by the EPUSDT decentralized payment gateway upon sufficient blockchain confirmations.
- Digital Goods Non-Refundability: Because computational resources and private ingress tunnels are committed in real-time, active subscriptions are non-refundable unless a platform outage exceeds 72 continuous hours.
5. Intellectual Property
All software architectures, proprietary routing algorithms, visual brand assets (including the paper plane glyph), and documentation are the exclusive property of TMH and TGMatrix Engineering teams, shielded under international copyright treaties.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Service is delivered on an \"AS-IS\" and \"AS-AVAILABLE\" basis. While we commit commercial best efforts to maintain 99.9% uptime, TMH shall not be liable for transient downtimes triggered by third-party upstream API deprecations, international fiber disruptions, or force majeure events.
